1. The Policy
No payment made on NLTC Online is refundable. Every payment you make on the platform is final at the moment it is completed, and we do not issue refunds, part-refunds, credits, or reversals of any kind.
2. What This Covers
This policy applies to every payment taken on the platform, including but not limited to:
- Pro subscriptions — monthly plan payments that unlock premium video lessons, live classes and the full question bank.
- Lesson fees — monthly access fees paid by online students and by physical students enrolled at an NLTC centre.
- Renewals — any repeat payment made to extend access for another period.
- Any other charge offered through the platform, now or in future.
It applies no matter how much of the service you used. A subscription you paid for and never opened is treated exactly the same as one you used every day.
3. Why It Works This Way
NLTC Online sells digital access, not physical goods. The moment a payment succeeds, your account unlocks the paid content — video lessons, past questions, mock exams and live class access all become available immediately and cannot be handed back.
Because of that, we make the free tier as useful as possible instead of offering refunds. You can create an account, watch free lessons and sit CBT practice without paying anything, so nobody has to pay to find out whether the platform suits them.
4. Before You Pay
Please take a moment to check the following, because they cannot be undone afterwards:
- You are paying on the correct account — the one you actually study with.
- You have chosen the right plan or class, at the right price, for the right level (junior or senior).
- You have tried the free lessons and CBT practice and are happy with the platform.
- Physical students: confirm with your centre admin whether your fee has already been recorded, so you do not pay twice.
By completing a payment you confirm that you have read and accepted this Refund Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
5. Cancelling and Expiry
You can stop using NLTC Online whenever you like, and you can choose not to renew. Cancelling means you will not be charged again — it does not refund a payment already made.
Access you have already paid for runs to the end of the period it covers. When that period ends, paid features lock until you renew. There is no part-refund for time you did not use.
6. Suspended or Terminated Accounts
If your account is suspended or terminated for breaching our Terms and Conditions — for example account sharing, scraping, or disrupting live classes — you are not entitled to a refund of any fees already paid.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. The policy that applies to a payment is the one published at the time that payment was made.
