Several universities and polytechnics have already opened their POST-UTME and admission screening portals for the 2026/2027 academic session. Here is the updated list of schools currently selling forms — with cut-off marks, fees, and portal links.

The 2026/2027 admission season is already in motion. While most candidates are still waiting for JAMB to activate result slip printing, a significant number of universities and polytechnics across Nigeria have wasted no time — their POST-UTME and admission screening portals are already open and accepting applications. If your chosen institution is on this list, do not wait. Portals close without warning, and missing a POST-UTME registration window means missing that school's admission entirely for the year.

Important reminder: You do not need your printed result slip to begin POST-UTME registration at most schools. Your JAMB registration number and SMS score are enough to start the process at many institutions. Do not use the result slip delay as a reason to postpone checking your school's portal.

University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT)

UNIPORT has officially released its POST-UTME and Direct Entry screening form for the 2026/2027 academic session. Rivers State University (RSU)

David Umahi Federal University of Health Sciences (DUFUHS)

Candidates targeting these schools should monitor their official websites daily and be ready to register immediately once the portal opens, as these schools tend to have high traffic and short registration windows.

General Tips for All Candidates Applying for POST-UTME

• Use only official portals. Visit your school's official website directly — do not pay through third-party sites, social media links, or agents.
• Confirm your eligibility before paying. Check that your JAMB score meets the school's cut-off mark for your specific course before making any payment. Registration fees are non-refundable.
• Upload your O'Level results on JAMB CAPS before attempting to register for POST-UTME. Many school portals will not process your application without this.
• Print and keep your POST-UTME registration slip immediately after completing your application. Do not assume you can retrieve it later.
• Do not register late. School portals frequently close ahead of the advertised deadline. Register as soon as possible after your school's form is released.
• Begin preparing for any aptitude test. Schools like UNILAG, UI, OAU, and UNIBEN conduct written or CBT aptitude tests as part of their screening. Preparation should start now, not after the portal opens.
