Over 50 universities have already released their 2026/2027 POST-UTME and admission screening forms. Here is the most up-to-date list as of May 29, 2026 — with cut-off marks, fees, deadlines, and portal links.

The 2026/2027 admission season is moving faster than many candidates realise. While a large number of students are still waiting for JAMB to activate result slip printing or anxiously monitoring the June 13 mop-up examination date, over 50 universities across Nigeria have already opened their POST-UTME and admission screening portals and are currently accepting applications.

This list is current as of Thursday, May 29, 2026. It will be updated regularly as more schools release their forms. If your institution is already on this list, do not delay — some of these portals have closing dates as early as mid-June 2026. Bookmark this page and check back often.

Reminder: You do not need your printed JAMB result slip to register for POST-UTME at most schools. Your JAMB registration number and SMS score confirmation are sufficient to begin the registration process at the majority of institutions listed below.

Federal Universities Whose Forms Are Currently Out

Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO)

FUTO has officially released its POST-UTME and Direct Entry screening form for the 2026/2027 academic session. The minimum JAMB score required varies by programme — most courses require a minimum of 150, while more competitive programmes such as Medicine, Engineering, and Architecture require 200 and above. FUTO's screening is based on verified JAMB scores and O'Level results uploaded on JAMB CAPS — no separate written aptitude test is conducted. The application fee is ₦2,000. Apply at futo.edu.ng.

Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE)

FUOTUOKE opened its POST-UTME screening portal on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Candidates who selected FUOTUOKE as their first choice in the 2026 JAMB UTME and scored a minimum of 150 are eligible to apply. Second-choice candidates who wish to transfer to FUOTUOKE are also invited to apply. The application fee is ₦2,000. Apply at ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng.

University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT)

UNIPORT has released its POST-UTME and Direct Entry screening form for the 2026/2027 session. The minimum JAMB cut-off mark is 180. Candidates must have chosen UNIPORT as first choice and must have their O'Level results uploaded on JAMB CAPS before applying. The application fee is ₦2,000. Apply at uniport.edu.ng.

University of Medical Sciences, Ondo (UNIMED)

UNIMED, which specialises in health science programmes including Medicine and Surgery, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, and Physiotherapy, has opened its POST-UTME form for 2026/2027. Minimum JAMB cut-off is 180. Apply at unimed.edu.ng. Fee: ₦2,000.

David Umahi Federal University of Health Sciences (DUFUHS)

DUFUHS has released its POST-UTME screening form for the 2026/2027 session for health science courses. Minimum JAMB score required is 180. Visit dufuhs.edu.ng to apply. Fee: ₦2,000.

Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE)

IAUE, a federal university of education in Rivers State, has opened its POST-UTME and Direct Entry screening form for the 2026/2027 session. IAUE is one of the first federal institutions to open its portal this cycle. Minimum cut-off mark is 150. Apply at iaue.edu.ng.

Rivers State University (RSU)

RSU has opened its POST-UTME screening form for the 2026/2027 session. The minimum JAMB cut-off mark is 160. Candidates must have selected RSU as first choice. Apply at rsu.edu.ng. Fee: ₦2,000.

University of Cross River State (UNICROSS)

UNICROSS has released its POST-UTME and Direct Entry screening form for the 2026/2027 session. The minimum JAMB cut-off mark is 160. Apply through the UNICROSS official portal. Fee: ₦2,000.

Niger Delta University (NDU)

NDU's POST-UTME portal opens on Monday, June 1, 2026. The minimum JAMB cut-off mark is 150, and candidates must be at least 16 years of age by September 30, 2026. The application fee is ₦2,000. Apply at the NDU official portal from June 1. Fee: ₦2,000.

Lagos State University of Science and Technology (LASUSTECH)

Covenant University, Ota

Covenant University has released its undergraduate admission form covering POST-UTME, Direct Entry, and JUPEB candidates for the 2026/2027 session. Minimum JAMB cut-off is 180 for most courses. Note that Covenant University does not accept second-choice candidates — only candidates who chose CU as first choice in JAMB are eligible. Screening is CBT-based and held on campus in Ota. Redeemer's University has opened its POST-UTME screening form for the 2026/2027 session. Minimum JAMB cut-off is 160. Apply at run.edu.ng. Fee: ₦2,000.

Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos

Pan-Atlantic University has released its admission form for 2026/2027. With the highest minimum cut-off of any private university in Nigeria at 220, Pan-Atlantic is one of the most selective institutions in the country. Apply at pau.edu.ng.

Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD)

Important Tips for All Candidates Applying Now

• Confirm your eligibility before paying. Check that your JAMB score meets the specific cut-off mark for your chosen course at your chosen institution. All POST-UTME application fees are non-refundable.
• Upload your O'Level results on JAMB CAPS first. Most school portals will not complete your application without this step being done.
